Technology has transformed healthcare, particularly in the areas of medical documentation and common clinical tasks. With conversational AI, ambient AI and generative AI, the industry has been propelled forward, enabling new functionalities, and in many cases, infusing healthcare experiences with greater intelligence. These advancements are improving patient care and enhancing clinician-patient experiences, allowing for a shift away from inefficient processes.

Join Microsoft and Dr. Alan-Michael Vargas, family medicine practitioner at Grand River Health, for a fireside discussion as they expand on the role technology plays in healthcare for today and beyond.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Understand the current impact of AI technologies — conversational, ambient and generative — on enhancing patient care and clinician-patient experiences in healthcare.
    • Explore how ambient technology influences medical practice, including its effects on clinical documentation, patient care and healthcare providers’ experiences.
    • Discuss the future evolution of AI and technology in healthcare, including potential developments and their transformative impact on the industry.
