    ------------------------------------------------------------

This webinar – scheduled for July 16, 2024, at 1 pm ET (12 pm CT, 11 am MT, 10 am PT) – is eligible for ACMPE, ACHE (live only), CPE (live only), PDC (live only) and CEU credit, and will be made available as a recording.

Integrating physicians and advanced practice providers into their new roles – whether permanent or temporary assignments – requires a holistic approach that not only transcends orientation but is also tailored to the specific needs of the provider. However, new research jointly commissioned by Jackson Physician Search and LocumTenens.com, in collaboration with the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR), reveals a concerning trend: Only half of providers received formal onboarding at their current job, putting them at risk for lower engagement and satisfaction, and ultimately, a higher risk of early turnover. This webinar aims to equip medical groups with the knowledge and tools to reimagine their onboarding program, mitigating these risks and fostering a more engaged and satisfied provider workforce.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Understand the most difficult parts of starting a new position or assignment and how those hinder engagement, satisfaction, and productivity
    • Identify the ‘must haves’ of an effective onboarding program and how these elements differ between permanent and locum tenens providers
    • Demonstrate how to tailor the onboarding program to best meet the specific needs of each generation based on their personal motivations and work experiences
