    Description

This webinar — recorded on June 20, 2023 — is eligible for ACMPE and CEU credit.

Healthcare organizations face more complex challenges than ever, often with few resources and a transitioning workforce. New technologies, financial imbalances, increased competition, providers and staffing shortages, and burnout require solutions addressed only by better organizational leadership. More than ever, successful organizations must develop leaders from within their ranks and rethink how they build leadership capacity. Traditional leadership initiatives often focus on the development of people who already hold formal leadership roles, but creating a Leadership Development Institute that looks at all staff as leaders offers much greater rewards to an organization. Healthcare systems that cultivate the best, most diverse, and most inclusive leaders will thrive in the future.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Outline a framework for assessing leaders to understand knowledge and leadership competency gaps
    • Diagram critical leader competencies needed to effectively launch, prepare, evaluate, and sustain a Leadership Development Institute
    • Discover how to focus leaders on establishing relationships that build trust, generate commitment, and drive results
