    What are your office hours?

    We are here to serve you Monday- Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm eastern time. From Memorial Day to Labor Day we observe summer hours and close at 2:30pm on Fridays. We are closed most national holidays but you can always send an email or leave a phone message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    When can I expect to hear back on an inquiry?

    We will respond to inquiries within one business day (24 hours) of receiving your message

    How do I update my information in my membership record?

    Contact customer service at  service@mgma.com and we will be happy to assist you. If you are also a member of National MGMA, MGMA you can update your record by signing into your member portal.

    As a member of Texas MGMA am I a member of National MGMA?

    No, but you can be! To become a member of both organizations, you must have a dual membership for Texas and National. Otherwise, the two memberships are separate and provide different/unique member benefits. You can find information on membership for National MGMA here.

    What is the membership term?

    Texas membership is a one year term extending 364 days from initial payment of your membership dues. If you are a member of National and would like to sync up your two memberships to renew at the same time, please contact the National Office

    Can I extend my membership to other people in my company?

    Individual memberships and the discounts that go with them cannot be shared with other members of your team. However, we encourage you to explore an Organizational Membership so that your team members can also benefit from membership.

    I joined mid-year will you prorate my membership dues?

    Because memberships work on an anniversary versus a year, there is need to prorate your membership. You will enjoy a full year of membership right from the start.

    I was a member of MGMA in another state. If I move does my membership transfer to my new location.

    Each state has individual membership so you would need to become a member in your new state of business.

    I need to step away from MGMA Texas membership. Can I give my membership to one of my employees?

    Memberships may not be transferred. We encourage your employee to secure their own MGMA Texas membership. membership cannot be transferred between individuals. Or, if you have multiple interested team members, consider an organizational membership.

    How do you decide where to hold events in Texas?

    There are many factors that feed into this decision such as population around a geographic area, recommendations from the board and committees, partnership opportunities and more. If you’d like to see an event happen in your area, share your suggestion with us.

    How can I support Texas MGMA?
