Previously called the MGMA Student Ambassador program, the Student Leaders Group is an engaged and enthusiastic group of undergraduate or graduate students who receive exclusive free access to the MGMA Leaders Conference. Participants get the opportunity to attend unparalleled educational sessions, participate in networking and access industry-leading product research. Students in this group have full access to the entire conference. The window to apply for the student leaders group is now closed.

- Receive internship or networking credit for session attendance. (Obtain approval from your school ahead of the conference).
- Meet other healthcare management peers and network with potential employers.
- Gain essential knowledge about human resources, operations, financial management and patient-centered care.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Engage with conference attendees and the industry on social platforms and through the conference engagement tools.
- Network with your peers in the Student Leaders Group and participate in the Early Careerist Resource Group.
REQUIREMENTS
- Enrolled in a degree program relevant to healthcare or business administration/management.
- Complete a virtual interview with MGMA to be accepted into the program and a virtual meet-up with the Student Leaders Group before coming onsite to the Leaders Conference.
- English fluency.
- Must be local to Denver or able to travel to Denver. Travel, parking, and room and board are not included in student leaders group conference registration.
- Attendance Sunday afternoon through Tuesday.
- Provide feedback to MGMA staff about your conference experience.
