    In the current world of changing reimbursement models, Practice Administrator’s face a difficult task when determining the right compensation model to select for a new provider, whether a seasoned physician or a new Advanced Practice Provider.  This manuscript looks at several case study examples where the Practice Administrator got it right and where things went wrong.  It also provides Practice Administrators a guide to consider when evaluating a new provider’s compensation model.
