In this episode of the MGMA Insights podcast, we're joined by Jake Poore, president, chief experience officer, Integrated Loyalty Systems. Poore is on the faculty of the American College for Healthcare Executives and served in a variety of roles during nearly two decades with Disney, including five years as senior manager of healthcare at the Disney Institute. He talks on the podcast about what healthcare professionals can learn about the patient experience by modeling aspects of the Disney customer experience.
Poore is set to deliver a general session presentation on "Rising From the Ashes Into a World-Class Medical Practice" at MGMA's Medical Practice Excellence: Pathways Conference in April.
