With a focus on health equity and patient access, his mindset is one of continuous improvement. Salem earned a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from the University of California, San Diego. Currently, he is a manager at ECG Management Consultants and an instructor at the University of Southern California.
