      MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until April 3, 2024, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note: If the room block fills before the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.


      Other Details

      • All room rates are subject to sales tax of 7%, hotel occupancy tax of 12.2%, the convention center tax of 2.75%, and the Boston-Cambridge Tourism Destination Marketing District Assessment tax at 1.5%.
      • The hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.
      • All rooms booked within the event’s room block will include complimentary guest Wi-Fi.
      • The hotel has self-parking available at $55/day.  
      • There is a 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from all terminals of Logan Airport.
