Mid-West MGMA 2025 Annual Conference

MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Wednesday, March 19, 2025, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate of $149  will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note: If the room block fills before the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.

Other Details

• Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11.535%) in effect at the time of check-in. 
• Additional $10.00 for each additional person in a room beyond two people (max. four)
• The hotel’s check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.
• All rooms booked within the event’s room block will include complimentary guest Wi-Fi.
• Parking is complimentary upon availability 
• Hotel is 16 miles from Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport.
