More than half of surveyed practices changed their physical space in the past two years

A July 12, 2016 MGMA Stat poll with 701 total responses asked medical practice leaders whether they have changed their physical space in the past two years.  The majority (52%) responded yes: 20% remodeled, 18% added space, 11% moved their physical location, and 3% indicated that they changed their physical space in other ways. More than one-third of respondents (37%) did not change their practice's physical space in the past two years, and 10% of respondents indicated that the question was not applicable to them.
