    Multi-office practices often operate as individual practices rather than one large practice. While there are certain aspects that should be individual, the basic operational flow of the offices should be standardized. Without standardization, training is fragmented, funds are lost and turn-over is likely higher than necessary.

    This proposed business plan outlines how a Primary Care practice with over 40 offices of various sizes will standardize operations in existing offices and in newly acquired offices. Successful implementation of the plan will likely increase cash flow, reduce staff turnover and improve the overall efficiency of the offices which will increase patient satisfaction and compliance.

    The scope of this plan will include daily operations of the offices, onboarding new non-provider employees and creation and implementation of policies and procedures. This plan will not focus heavily on patient clinical care, payer contracting or facility maintenance.
