E-print terms and conditions

All editorial articles from MGMA.com or printed in MGMA Connection magazine are copyrighted by Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Unauthorized use, duplication and/or distribution of this material without express and written permission from MGMA is strictly prohibited.

Requesting an e-print

To order an e-print, please fill out the e-print order form (PDF) and return it to service@mgma.com or mail a printed order form to MGMA, P.O. Box 17603, Denver, CO 80217-0603.

• Authorized e-prints only may be used unedited in their entirety.
• No content may be translated into any language unless the translator has entered a prior written licensing agreement with MGMA.
• All requests must be in writing; permission will not be granted over the phone. All permissions are granted for one year from the date of issuance.
• MGMA does not offer e-print reproduction of online-exclusive content.
• E-prints may be photocopied or professionally reprinted, or downloaded from your personal or business website for one year from the date of issuance, in their entirety.

Exceptions:

• You may not reproduce, or create a link to, MGMA materials in a way that might be misinterpreted as an MGMA endorsement of any entity, product or service.
• You may not sell, publicly display, publish or post to newsgroups or electronic bulletin boards, or broadcast through any social media channels (links to MGMA.com articles or approved e-prints are acceptable).

Fees:

MGMA Connection magazine article authors will receive one complimentary hard copy of the issue in which their article appears. Additionally, there is no charge for MGMA member authors requesting an e-print of their own article. Fees for all others are as follows:

Nonmember author: $75
MGMA member, nonauthor: $75
Nonmember, nonauthor: $150
