On the provider side, she has experience managing clinics and billing operations for large practices. On the payer side, she has experience with negotiating contracts and working with a management company administering risk products in an IPA environment. Ms. Davis-Jacobsen regularly assists providers in managed care contract negotiations with major payers, resulting in favorable, collaborative, value-based arrangements. She is a creative problem-solver with sophisticated leadership skills adept at resolving complex issues.

As a healthcare advisor, Ms. Davis-Jacobsen successfully worked with a large medical practice on revenue cycle efficiency and benchmarking to improve collections by $2.8 million in less than a year.
