Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before June 30 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between July 1 and August 28 are entitled to a refund minus a $150 processing fee. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued after August 29. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than 30 days after cancellation has been approved. Substitution Policy
Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted prior to September 14. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information.
