CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to MGMA at service@mgma.com. Cancellations received between March 2-14 are subject to a $150 processing fee. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued after March 14, 2025 for failure to attend.
Registrations not eligible for a refund:
- Discount or special promotion codes are only available on new registrations, refunds are not available to any existing registrations
- No shows for the event will not receive a refund.
All hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Your hotel reservation confirmation will provide details on making changes or canceling your lodging reservation.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted before February 23, 2025. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information.
