RESERVATIONS
Standard guest room rates vary throughout the week. Rates are $159 per night on Wednesday-Friday. Rates are subject to a 14.27% tax per room, per night. Room tax is subject to change without notice.
AZ/NM MGMA does not partner with any housing bureaus or third-party hotel booking companies and attendees should only book directly with the hotel using the link above.
RESERVE YOUR ROOM EARLY
AZ/NM MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Sunday, March 30, 2025 or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will not be accepted. Please note: If the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.
For sleeping room reservations, book here. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, local hotel time, to avoid penalty charges or forfeiture of deposit. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A credit card deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, plus tax, is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your total room charges upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. No-shows will also incur a one-night room charge plus tax and reservations will only be held until 6am the following morning.

When booking your stay within the AZ/NM MGMA hotel block, you are supporting the Association by helping us avoid fees that result from significant sections of the room blocks being reserved but left unfilled or canceled at the time of the conference.
