Alex Wheeler is the CEO of CCN Health.  CCN is a device-agnostic technology platform empowering providers to improve outcomes and drive new revenue with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Principal Care Management (PCM). CCN Health powers chronic disease management programs for a wide range of groups from single provider private practice fee-for-service groups to multi-state, multi-specialty groups engaged in value based risk-sharing agreements.  Prior to founding CCN Health Alex based himself in New York City pioneering ERP integrations at VTS Inc. paving the way to a $1.7 billion valuation.
