The Annual Conference will be held at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center at The University of Texas at Austin.

MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until November 22, 2024, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note: If the room block fills before the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.

Other Details
- All room rates are subject to lodging and sales tax, currently at 17% per room, per night.
- The AT&T Conference Center offers complimentary wireless Internet access in all guestrooms, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. room service, restaurants, and complimentary use of the on-site fitness center.
- Hotel cancellations will be accepted 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will result in one (1) night room rate and applicable taxes being charged to the credit card on file.
