As part of MGMA’s efforts during National Military Appreciation Month, we are sharing stories from those who are serving or have served.
This week, we shine a spotlight on Jimmie Holland, MBA, MHA, FACMPE, performance improvement manager, HCA Physician Services Group, who recently joined the MGMA Insights podcast to discuss his military background and transition to healthcare administration.
“The military training model’s built to be continuous,” he said. “So, the training I’m doing now is just another brick in the same house I started building back then.”
