Almost half (45%) of American physicians experienced burnout sometime in the past two years. As more physicians and nurses exit the industry, issues of burnout and stress may accelerate for remaining clinicians. When it comes to physician and clinician retention, hospitals and practices need strategies to incentivize clinicians, help alleviate administrative burdens, provide paths to productivity and efficiency, and ultimately a better work-life balance. This session will outline the current challenges and costs associated with retention, as well as provide practical guidance on ways to mitigate these challenges and improve physician and clinician satisfaction.
This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:
  • Distinguish the challenges and costs of physician and clinician turnover
  • Prepare clinician workflow solutions that match those challenges
  • Examine how the use of automation with medical documentation can improve productivity, efficiency, and staff retention
