Bruce DeardorffBruce W. Deardorff, MBA, CMPE, has over 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations management for medical group practices. His experience includes administrator of an independent, multispecialty group with over 50 physicians and a regional administrative leadership role for over 150 plus physicians within an integrated health system of multiple physician practices over a broad geographical area.

Mr. Deardorff has demonstrated results in building and sustaining physician relationships, improved patient care, revenue growth, and leadership development. He has a strong financial background and strength as a physician advocate. He develops excellent physician and staff relationships based on integrity, trust, and respect. Mr. Deardorff’s experience also includes developing hospitalist programs, integrating physician practices within an integrated health system, and clinical integration of physician practices.

He has a broad understanding of strategic planning, leadership development, human resources, EMR implementation, and operations of medical group practices. He also has significant experience in integrated delivery systems, revenue cycle management, and provider productivity and compensation systems.

Mr. Deardorff is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). He has a bachelor of science in industrial management from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana.
