    For nearly 100 years, we have been providing medical group practices with data, insights and advocacy. From the initial 21 clinics represented at the First Conference of Clinic Managers to more than 15,000 member organizations today, MGMA has been advancing medical practices across the country from right here in Denver, Colorado.     Hybrid Schedule & Half Day Fridays

    We designed a hybrid work schedule because work-life balance matters. We collaborate in-office two days per week while accommodating work-from-home three days. This schedule encourages high-value interfacing and reduces the time you spend commuting. Best of all, our weekends usually start at noon on Fridays.

    On-Site Fitness Center

    To support your well-being and overall health, we offer an on-site fitness center and locker room for all employees to use. 


    Hybrid Schedule

    Collaborate in-person, working on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays, but enjoy the flexibility to work remotely three days each week with a $250 tech credit to set up your home office.

    Time Off

    Work-life balance and well-being are priorities, which is why we provide 80 hours of sick time, 3 weeks of vacation and 11 holidays, in addition to company-paid disability, bereavement and volunteer days.

    Half-Day Fridays

    We work hard all week, so we want you to enjoy the weekend. That’s why, most weeks, we wrap up the workday at noon on Fridays.

    Employee Events

    Year-round events like Halloween parties, summer BBQs, cooking contests and spirit days build community.  Employees can also join the wellness committee to help plan activities and volunteer opportunities.
